Speed up or pull over

I would like to make an appeal to the driver of the SUV on U.S. Rt. 11B every morning in the 6:45 hour. If you insist on going 35-40 miles per hour (no exaggeration) every day whether it is winter, spring, summer, or fall, please take into account the line of cars and tractor trailers stacking up behind you and pull over to let everyone pass safely. I find it extremely selfish that you refuse to pull over, regardless of the line of cars passing you. I would understand your complete disregard of the posted speed limit if the roads were bad, but you putter along at that speed no matter what the road looks like. Other drivers are forced to pass, sometimes recklessly. I have seen many near misses in my two years of driving this route. Please pull over or speed up a bit closer to the speed limit, which is 55 in case you can’t read numbers yet. There are other people in this world beside you, thanks.
