Re: Sound Off “Problem with Parents” (Nov. 24-30) No I blame the school. I called the superintendent and the principal but got no help when I informed them my son left home, lived in a tent and had drugs in school. (He was already suspended from school for drugs just a year prior.) Now my once college bound son is washing dishes in an over priced restaurant in town. So as far as saying blame the parents--you must work for the school and are mindlessly trying to pass the buck. When the school fails to protect the interests of the child even after parental input and desperate concern, I say the school failed big time.
