After reading about Jason Clark’s idea to start an American-made bike plant in Massena, it seems that the powers that be should pursue those ideas to the best of their ability. These are the kind of jobs we need here in the North Country, probably decent pay, long term, and the making of an American product to sell instead of foreign imports. These are the jobs we need up here, not just the tourist jobs that are low paying with no security. Even though it’s at step one, let’s hope it comes through. Best of luck.
