Amanda S. Barkley and Stephen J. Burns

Amanda S. Barkley and Stephen J. Burns, both of Waddington, are engaged to be married.

Amanda is the daughter of Stephen and Robin Barkelf of Norfolk. She is a 2002 graduate of Norwood-Norfolk Central School. She is currently working as a licensed nail technician and owner of the Nail Bar. She also works at the Ole’ Smokehouse, which is owned by her family.

Stephen is the son of Larry and Carol Burns of Waddington. He is a 2006 graduate of Madrid-Waddington Central School. He is currently employed by his family’s business, Ray Burns & Sons Trucking.

The couple plans to be married Sept. 7, 2013.
