Patrick G. Rose,  31, Norwood, passed away Thursday, Dec. 13 at the Canton Potsdam Hospital where he had been a patient since the 4th.

Arrangements are with the Garner Funeral Service. There will be no calling hours or funeral service.

Patrick is survived by his parents Leo and Mary Sullivan; brothers George Rose and Jeremiah Sullivan; a sister, Jade Sullivan; two nephews, Deven and Blake and sister in-law Malissa Leggett.

Patrick G. Rose was born Oct. 28, 1981 in Syracuse. Patrick always will be the heart of the family.
