Personal-injury accident results in DWI for Potsdam resident

POTSDAM -- A Potsdam resident was charged with driving while intoxicated Friday following a personal-injury accident investigation on April 12, according to state police.

Quillian A. Crowe, 22, was charged with first-offense DWI at 9:10 a.m., officers said.

Crowe was released after being cited, police said.
