Wet felting class offered in Canton

CANTON — The class Wet Felting Artistic Squares will be held March 18, 10-11:30 a.m., at The TAUNY Center.

Cost: $30 (includes all necessary materials).

Limit of 6 registrants.

Sandra Nestlerode-Hale will guide you through the basics of using water, soap, and friction to create felted wool fabric with silk and linen inclusions.

No experience necessary.

A $30 registration fee includes all materials and 1.5 hours of instruction.

Each student will go home with a felted square and screening that they can use to make more felt at home.
