Colton woman charged with felony after striking person, damaging property, deputies say

COLTON -- A Colton woman was charged with a felony Friday following an alleged domestic dispute on East Hill Road, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.

Heather J. Planty, 34, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment, officers said.

She allegedly struck a male and damaged property in the residence, officers said.

Planty was arraigned in Canton court and released on her own recognizance, deputies said.
