MASSENA - Robert Ross, St. Joseph's Addiction Treatment and Recovery Centers CEO, has announced his retirement effective Dec. 31.
St. Joseph's currently has four treatment centers in the North Country and Adirondacks, including in Massena.
Ross joined St. Joseph's in 2007 as CEO and President, playing an instrumental role in growing St. Joseph's facilities.
Under his tenure, multiple outpatient clinics were added to the centers, as well as an intensive residential veterans' addition and PTSD program.
Other programs added include an adolescent residential treatment facility, county jail treatment programs, and supportive housing facilities throughout the North Country, officials say.
Zachary Randolph has been named as Ross' replacement, effective Jan. 1, 2023.
Randolph began his career with St. Joseph's as an outpatient counselor in 2012 and has steadily worked his way up through the system, most recently being appointed St. Joseph's Chief Clinical Officer in 2019.
