Massena police arrest Massena man with 15 grams of cocaine, 15 grams of meth

MASSENA — Massena Police have arrested a Massena man for drug possession following a traffic stop initiated on Bishop Avenue on Dec. 21.[img_assist|nid=332456|title=|desc=|link=none|align=right|width=151|height=220]

According to police, Edward H. Kemison, 37, was found to be in possession of approximately 15 grams of methamphetamine and approximately 15 grams of cocaine.

Kenison was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (AII Felony), third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic (B Felony), third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: intent to sell (B Felony), third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic drug- intent to sell (B Felony) and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: methamphetamine (C Felony).

Kemison was arraigned in Massena Town Court and remanded to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility on no bail.
