Gingerbread House workshop planned in Canton

CANTON – TAUNY’s annual Gingerbread House Workshop led by award-winning gingerbread builder Sue Wilder will be held Saturday, Dec. 3, from 10 a.m. to noon at TAUNY, 53 Main St.

This program will include instruction, inspiration, and all materials -including a sparkling array of candies and decorations.

Participants can work individually or in small groups (up to 4 people) and will bring home their decorated gingerbread house. There is no minimum age to participate, but children must be supervised. The cost for this workshop is $35 (per house) or $30 for TAUNY Friends.

When you finish your house, children are welcome to stay for the instrument petting zoo that follows the workshop, and a family dance after that led by Gretchen Koehler.
