St. Lawrence County History Month talk set Thursday in Canton

 CANTON – In celebration of St. Lawrence County’s History Month, Jody Hadlock, author of The Lives of Diamond Bessie, a novel based on the life of a 19th century North Country woman, will will speak on Thursday, Oct. 6, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Fairfield Inn & Suites conference room, 5955 US 11, Canton.

Hadlock will be joined by Canton Historian Linda Casserly.

Light refreshments will be served.
