Lisbon, Hermon men charged following separate domestic incidents

HERMON -- A Hermon man was charged Sept 25 following an alleged domestic incident, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.

Darryl F. Matthews, 27, was charged with second-degree harassment after allegedly shoving another person during the incident, deputies said.

The subject was cited and released.

LISBON -- An alleged domestic dispute Saturday on Bull Run Road resulted in charged for a town resident, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.

Mark A. Francis, 49, was charged with trespassing, officers said.

He was cited and released.
