Potsdam Food Co-op offering samples of lemon orzo salad

POTSDAM — The Potsdam Food Co-op's Feature Friday Sampling on Sept. 23 will highlight lemon orzo salad from the Co-op’s Carriage House Deli.

This recipe features a blend of orzo, peanut oil, lemon, and fresh chives from the garden.

Sampling will be held from 12-2 p.m. along with 8-ounce containers of the salad available in the grab-and-go deli section of the store, right near delicious wraps and around the corner from the hot soup of the day.
