Ogdensburg police report 17-year-old missing; seek information

OGDENSBURG — Ogdensburg police report a child is missing.

Lucia M. Skelly, 17, was reported missing on Jan. 10.

She was last seen wearing a black coat and blue sweatpants.

She has a tattoo of a rose on the left side of her neck and is believed to be in the local area.

She is listed as being 5’4”, 160 pounds with multi-colored hair and blue eyes.
