Potsdam couple to wed in October

Karen Annmarie Besaw and Michael Ray Pimentel of Potsdam are engaged and planning a fall wedding.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of James and Darlene Besaw of Potsdam.

The groom-to-be is the son of Raymond and Christine Pimentel.

Karen graduated from Potsdam Central in 2006. She received a master’s degree from Colorado Technical University in 2019. She is self-employed.

Michael graduated from Santa Ynez Valley Union High School in 2009. He received an associate’s degree from Laurus College in 2017.

The couple has set their wedding date for Oct. 3, 2019.
