Rachel F. Livingston and Jonathan F. Mouthorp

Rachel F. Livingston of Lisbon and Jonathan F. Mouthorp of Madrid are engaged to be married.

Rachel is the daughter of Jay and Janet Livingston of Lisbon.

She is a graduate of Lisbon Central School and SUNY Canton. She also received a bachelor of arts degree from SUNY Potsdam, with a master’s of science in teaching secondary English. She went on to receive a master’s in education in school library and information technology from Mansfield University.

She is a librarian and elementary computer teacher at Lisbon Central School.

Jonathan is the son of Terry and Diane Mouthorp of Madrid.

Jonathan graduated from Madrid-Waddington Central School, with an associate’s degree in applied science in diesel technology from Morrisville State College.

He is a diesel mechanic at Casella Waste Services.

The couple is planning a Sept. 24, 2016 wedding at Lisbon Wesleyan Church.
