Shirley A. Marshall, 73, Morristown

Shirley A. Marshall, age 73, of 575 English Settlement Rd., Morristown, passed away on December 10, 2010 at Claxton Hepburn Medical Center surrounding by her loving family. Arrangements are with Frary Funeral Home.

Mrs. Marshall is survived by her husband, Lloyd Darrell; three sons, Michael and his wife Joanne of Ogdensburg, Jody Marshall of Malcolm and Richard and his wife Kimberly of Morristown; two sisters, Joan Clark of Brockville and Martha Morris of Brockville; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Marshall was born on April 9, 1937 in Ogdensburg, the daughter of Clifford and Doris (Nugent) Mills. She graduated from Ogdensburg Free Academy in 1955. She married Lloyd Darrell Marshall on September 28, 1957 at St. Mary’s Cathedral with Rev. Francis A. White officiating. Mrs. Marshall worked for the US Postal Service, retiring as Postmaster in Brier Hill for many years.

Mrs. Marshall enjoyed bingo, fishing, and spending time with her grandchildren. She and her husband spent the last few winters in North Port, FL.
