Fashion Kraze opens in new spot in Gouverneur

GOUVERNEUR—Fashion Kraze has opened a new store in Gouverneur, but in a different location.

They are now in the former Ames/WiseBuys location at 471 E. Main St. They had been at 67 E. Main.

Aside from their selection of famous-maker clothing, they now also offer a wide selection of family footwear of shoes, boots, sneakers, and more.

They have also added a furniture department with couches, recliners, beds, and many other items.

Owner Rich Greenspan says “there is always something on sale, always.”

Greenspan and other family members came to the North Country supplying WiseBuys stores with clothing items. When WiseBuys stores were folded into the now-defunct Hacketts chain, they opened a Fashion Kraze clothing store in Canton, first off of Miner Street and now occupying part of the former Hacketts space in the University Plaza.
