Kelly A. Williams and Pfc. Harley W. LaBarge Jr.

Kelly A. Williams and Pfc. Harley W. LaBarge Jr. have just announced their engagement. The wedding is being planned for April 2010.

Kelly is the daughter of David W and Janice F Williams of Shirley, NY. She is a 2003 graduate of William Floyd High School and a 2008 graduate from SUNY Potsdam with a degree of Spanish.

Harley is the son of the late Harley W. LaBarge Sr. and Elizabeth Roach-LaBarge of Madrid. He is a 2003 graduate of Madrid-Waddington High School. He is currently serving in the Military Police for the US Army.
