MASSENA – Mrs. Vinira Z. Farbotnik, 43, of 355 State Highway 37C, tragically passed away on Monday, May 30, 2011 at her home.
Vinira was born November 26, 1967 in the Ural Mountains Area of Russia, the daughter of Zagatana and Lisa Sadlamnova. She was educated in Russia, where she became a fashion designer and computer technician.
Vinira married James A. Farbotnik on March 28, 1995 in Moscow, Russia.
She, along with her husband, operated Cyberworld USA on Main Street in Massena, where she was the main developer and programmer. Through her business, she also operated the Free Computer for Kids Program, donating countless computers to children in the community.
Vinira dedicated her life to her children and helping others. She loved nature, flowers, birds, and her many animals.
She will be sadly missed by her husband, James; her children, Angela, Neil, James, Jon, and Anna, all at home; and her sister, Ella of Russia.
She was predeceased by her parents.
There will be no calling hours.
A Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, June 11, at the Massena Branch of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 284 Andrews Street, with Elder Carl McKnight, District President, presiding. A potluck luncheon will follow the services.
Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Massena Humane Society or the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
