A celebration of life for Ronald J. Enslow of Massena will be held Thursday (Jan. 20, 2010) at 2:00 p.m. at the AmVets Post #4 in Massena. Interment will be at the convenience of the family. Ronald passed away on January 16, 2011 at his home, surrounded by his family and Hospice.
Ronald is survived by his fiancé, Lorraine Rochefort; four sons and a daughter, Luke and Kendra Enslow of Kentucky, Seth of CA, Jesse and Whitney of PA, Vincent of Massena and Jennifer and Chris Caldado of MS; nine grandchildren; a brother and three sisters, David and Beth Enslow of Nicholville, June of Ogdensburg, Margaret and Tom Mockly of Potsdam, and Connie and Junior Villnave of Raymondville; and several nieces and nephews.
Ronald was born August 23, 1949 in Potsdam the son of Glenn and Martha (LeBlanc) Enslow. He graduated from Norwood-Norfolk High School and went to work for the local Carpenter Union in Watertown and retired in 2004. He married Dian LeBlanc, the marriage ended in divorce.
He was a member of Local Carpenters Union in Watertown. Ronald enjoyed fly fishing, NASCAR, and he was an avid Yankee Fan.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice & Palliative Care of St. Lawrence Valley or to the family.
