Mary Caroline “Charlie” Kamensky, 78, of Seminole, Fla., and formerly of Ogdensburg, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 2, 2010.
There was a memorial service celebrating Caroline's life on Saturday, Sept. 11 at 2 p.m. at the VFW Post 10094, Walsingham Road, Largo.
Charlie was born on Sept. 20, 1931 in Ogdensburg and lived most of her life in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area.
She is survived by her children John Robert Moorhead III of Tampa, Fla., Sara "Carol" (Jim) Burbick of Lake Placid, Fla., David (Janet) Moorhead of Miami, Fla., and Susan (Jason) Stickley-Rehs of Seminole, Fla.; brother, John (Marie) Owens of Henrietta, NY; seven grandchildren: Samantha (Michael) Dunn, Erica (Richard) Toledo, Shannon Moorhead, Jordan Rehs, Jeanette Morales, David Moorhead Jr., and Sara Ann Moorhead; three great-grandchildren, Alexis and Hunter Burke and Sara Elizabeth Dunn.
She was predeceased by three sons, Thomas, Steven and Timothy Moorhead.
