Mark A. Caskinette, 56, Douglas Road, Massena, died Thursday, December 22, at his home comforted by his life partner/wife, Sharon Cornish and his best friend, Louis Tischler. There will be a graveside service held on Tuesday, December 27, at Calvary Cemetery, Massena. Phillips Memorial Home, Massena are handling the arrangements. Surviving Mark is his life partner Sharon, a son Mark A. Caskinette II of Massena, a daughter Maryann Caskinette of Massena, and three beautiful grandchildren, Sara, Ben and Natalie.
His only "Real" Brother(s) Louis Tischler and his life partner of 27 years, Gary Provencher of Massena; and Mark's stepmom, Coreva Caskinette of Syracuse.
Mark was born April 17, 1955, the son of Leon and Arlene Caskinette. Mark
attended Brasher Schools and farmed in the Potsdam/Madrid areas.
He was married to Sharon Cornish for 36 years. Mark loved NASCAR and wrestling. Mark was a humble man with a huge heart and a vibrant personality of which he enjoyed the simple things in life such as visiting with others and enjoying the moment. The more the merrier.
