Funeral services for Linda Mae LeBire, 62, of Massena will be held on Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at noon at the Church of the Sacred Heart in Massena. Friends and family may be received on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Phillips Memorial Home, 64 Andrews St. Massena. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Linda passed away on September 9, 2010 at her home under the loving care of her family and hospice.

Linda is survived by two sons and two daughters, Michael LeBire Jr. and wife Marilee of Massena, Matthew LeBire of Massena, Tammy and husband Scott Blanchard of Massena, and Nancy LeBire and companion Dawn Bigwarfe of Canton; five grandchildren, Courtney and Joshua Blanchard, and Kamren, Lauren and Morgan LeBire all of Massena; brothers and sisters, Robert and wife Valerie Snider of New Mexico, and James Snider, Kathy Waterhouse, Nancy Snider and Kay Hopkins, all of Binghamton. She was predeceased by a sister Barbara Perkow.

Linda was born on October 3, 1947 in Massena to James and Helena (McGee) Snider.

She married Michael J. LeBire on August 3,1968 at the Church of the Sacred Heart. Mr. LeBire passed away in 1997.

She was an avid bingo player, she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was a member of the Massena Senior Citizens, TOPS, and Norwood Golden Agers.
