June A Reagan, 85, of St. Lawrence St. Waddington, died Saturday evening at Claxton-Hepburn Hospital, Ogdensburg where she had been a patient since July 13, 2011. Family and friends may call Tuesday, July 26, 2011 from 6-8 p.m. at the Phillips Memorial Home, Waddington. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church in Waddington.
Surviving June A. Reagan is her daughter, Kathleen Bernard; a son, Christopher and his wife Darlene Reagan both of Waddington; two grandchildren, Katelyn Bernard, and Denver Reagan; and a close sister in-law, Catherine Reagan of Waddington.
She was predeceased by a brother, Thomas Allison.
June was born on June 8, 1926 in Ogdensburg, the daughter of George and Ina (Jenack) Allison. She married Francis J. Reagan on September 13, 1947 at St. Mary's Church with Rev. Edward Pierce presiding. Mr. Reagan preceded her in death on May 1, 2002. June was a member of the Waddington American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, Waddington Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary, life time member of Presbyterian Church, and a member of the Friends of the Waddington Library.
She was an avid reader and loved spending time on the river.
