NORFOLK — Arrangements for Joseph Myers, 83, a resident of the Massena Rehabilitation Center and a lifelong resident of Norfolk, are incomplete at this time with the Buck Funeral Home in Norfolk.

Mr. Myers passed away early Saturday morning in Massena.
