Jeffrey Paul Penrod, 44, of Peoria, Ill., and formerly of Potsdam, passed away on Friday, December 31, 2010 at Methodist Medical Center in Peoria.

Cremation rites will be accorded and a private burial will take place at a later date. Online condolences may be made at www.cumerford.com. Jeffrey was born on April 29, 1966 in Potsdam, to James Eric and Mary Teresa (Greene) Penrod.

Jeffrey is survived by his parents of Waddington, and his daughters, Jacquelyn Penrod and Julia Penrod both of Manchester, N.H. He was preceded in death by his brother, Dr. Brian James Penrod.

Jeffrey worked as a Journeyman Electrician through the IBEW Local 490 of New Hampshire and he enjoyed riding his motorcycle, NASCAR, and restoring his home in Peoria.
