Funeral services for James Russell Seymour, 60, a resident of the Lisbon ICF are incomplete with the Fox & Murray Funeral Home.  Mr. Seymour died Friday, March 18, 2011 at the ICF facility.  A complete obituary will appear in Tuesday's paper.
