GOUVERNEUR - Herman "Junior" Towne, Jr., 82, passed away on Wednesday at his home.
A casual dress celebration of life will be held on Sunday 1-4 pm at the Casablanca Restaurant, Gouverneur. Arrangements are with Green Funeral Home, Gouverneur.
