Funeral services for Frederick E. Turner will be on Saturday, May 7, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at the Oxbow Presbyterian Church followed by a reception held at the church. Burial will be in the Macomb First/Oldsville Cemetery with military honors. Arrangements are with French Funeral Home, Gouverneur.
