Massena – Eleanor C. Blowers, age 78, passed away Tuesday at Massena Memorial Hospital.

There are no calling hours and a graveside service will be held Tuesday, April 29 at 1:00 pm at Riverside Cemetery in Gouverneur.

Arrangements are with the Green Funeral Home, Gouverneur.
