Donald Lloyd Ramsay, Jr., 52, formerly of Potsdam, died Thursday, Sept. 15, at his residence.
A native of Littleton, New Hampshire, he was the son of Helene Casey Ramsay and the late Donald Lloyd Ramsay, Sr.
Don was an avid outdoorsman’s and loved to hunt. He was a woodworker and self employed carpenter.
Survivors in addition to his mother include his wife, Dawn Ramsay; brothers Kevin and Bob Ramsay; and sisters Jenny Flanagan and Bridgett Burnette.
Services will be private.
A memorial will be held October 8, at 5 p.m. at Robert Ramsay's home, 1854 NY State Hwy. 345, Madrid (white house on the right, next to the bridge before you cross coming from Potsdam)
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his name in care of Jennie Flanagan, 136 Hewlett Road, Hermon, NY 13652; or the Dawn Loveless Ramsay Fund, P.O. Box 644, Watkinsville, GA 30677.
