Connie J. (Roscoe) Prieur Brodeur, 59, passed away on Wednesday evening, April 20, 2011 at Cornwall Community Hospital.
Connie was born April 29, 1951 in Massena, the daughter of William E. and Jean E. Jackson Roscoe. She graduated from Massena Central School in 1969.
She worked for the FBI in Washington, DC, returning home to marry Kevin Prieur. She later married Danny Brodeur. She also worked as a seamstress for Theatres in Cornwall. Connie was a fun loving person, who enjoyed being around people. She will be greatly missed.
Connie is survived by her beautiful daughters, Alicia Prieur and her fiancé, Ben, Tammy Monpetit and her husband, Don, and Lori Prieur and her companion, Jeff, all of Cornwall; her mother, Jean Roscoe of Massena; her brother, Rev. Hal Roscoe and his wife, Kathy of Rochester; and her sister, Kathy Nezezon and her husband, Mike of Brasher Falls. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, Coty, Tristen, Austin, Taylor, Corben, Drake, Brooke, Parker, and Reese; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends. Connie also leaves behind her faithful loving furry companions, M&M and Mr. Pickles.
She was predeceased by her father, William E. Roscoe, Jr. on May 10, 2006.
Friends may call Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at the Donaldson Funeral Home, Massena, where funeral services will be held at 8 p.m. with Rev. Steven Darrow and her brother, Rev. Hal Roscoe, officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, SPCA, Chili Bible Baptist Church, Rochester, or the Central Bible Baptist Church, Massena.
