James R. Welsh, 55, of County Route who passed away on Feb. 12, 2014. A committal service, with full military honors for James will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday May 3rd, 2014 in Calvary Cemetery Chapel. Arrangements are under the care of the Phillips Memorial Home, Massena.
