Cheryl K. Condon, 64, Massena, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family and hospice.
Funeral services for Cheryl will be at nonn Tuesday Nov. 26 at St. Mary’s Church, with Rev. Scott D. Fobare presiding.
Family and friends are welcome to call at the Phillips Memorial Home, Massena Tuesday, Nov. 26 from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.
Cheryl is survived by her husband, Tom and daughter Bethanny and Brent of Massena. Also surviving are two sisters, Linda and James DeCator of Newark Valley, and Carolyn and Dan Glisson of Albany; grandchildren Eric and Erin McCarthy of Massena; and nieces and nephews.
Cheryl was predeceased by a brother, Curtis Clark.
Cheryl was born in Massena Aug. 3, 1949 to the late Robert and Sylvia (Sorrell) Clark.
She attended and graduated from Massena Central High School in 1967, and she continued her education at Canton ATC, receiving an associate’s degree.
She worked for the Massena head start program and later as a support investigator for St. Lawrence County, where she retired after working nearly 25 years in 2004.
She married Tom Condon Valentine’s Day, Feb. 14, 1998 at the Massena Town Hall.
Cheryl was a caring person that liked to play bingo and cards. She was also an avid bowler that played in local bowling leagues. Memorial contributions may be made in Cheryl’s honor to the Huntington's Disease Society of America, PO Box 1191 Penfield, 14526, or Hospice and Palliative Care of St. Lawrence Valley.
