CANTON -- Charles Paul Connor 3/24/1939 – 8/19/2023 Born March 24, 1939, in Cortland, NY to John and Alta Connor.

Paul graduated from Hugh C. Williams High School in Canton, NY in 1958 after which he entered the US Army.

After an honorable discharge, he worked various jobs and eventually became a phlebotomist.

Paul married Judith Bonner in 1959. Judy predeceased him in 1974.

In 1976 Paul married Agnes Mary (Beaulieu) Pelkey. They were married for 47 years until his death on August 19, 2023. Paul’s wife, Agnes passed away on September 11, 2023.

Paul was very social and made friends wherever he went. He enjoyed the company of friends and family and was always ready to tell a good joke.

He loved playing cards and watching old westerns.

Paul is survived by his three daughters, Lynne (Richard) Mowers of East Syracuse, NY, Marcia Martinez of Las Vegas, NV, and Kathleen (Craig) Mitchell of Potsdam, NY. He is also survived by his sister, Margaret (Richard) Brundage of Las Vegas, NV as well as several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. His stepdaughter, Julie, predeceased him.

Paul was cremated and will be interred in the Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City, NV on October 18th, 2023.
