POTSDAM –– Buckley John Riggs of Pilot Point, TX passed away September 6, 2023, with his wife, Sabine at his side.
Buckley was born in Potsdam, NY March 28, 1963.
He is survived by his father, Robert Riggs, Zephyrhills, FL, mother, Lorraine Kear, Bonita Springs, FL, sisters, Elizabeth Connolly, Shelton, WA, and Diana Chernofsky, Riverview, FL, brother, David Riggs and sister-in-law, Carolyn Riggs, Niceville, FL, uncle, Gary Buckley, Cape Coral, FL, eight nephews, two nieces, four grand nephews, and one grand niece.
He was a graduate of Potsdam High School in 1982 and Paul Smith’s College 1984.
Buckley will be forever sadly missed by family and friends.
