Baby Braelyn P. Lord died at the Crouse Irving Hospital in Syracuse on January 8th, after being born on January 7th. All services will be private with the Garner Funeral Service in charge of arrangements.

Braelyn was born to Jacob M. Lord and Courtney C. Chudzinski in Syracuse.

She is survived by her parents; a brother, Camdon McGrath; sister Kendra Lord; paternal grandfather David Lord; maternal grandparents, Jeri Chartrand, and Dana Chudzinski; maternal great grandparents, Barbara Planty, Ronald Cascanette, Daniel Chudzinski and Illene Chudzinski; and several aunts, uncle and cousins.

She was predeceased by her paternal grandmother, Domenica “Donna” Lord.
