RAYMONDVILLE –- On January 20th, 2022, our horrific opioid crisis tragically took the life of yet another young person in the prime of their life when Allison Lynne Todd, 25, sadly lost her battle to addiction.
This horrible disease has taken so much from so many, but her family chooses to celebrate the life of their dear Allison and remember her for who she truly was. Allison was full of wit and charm. She was kind to all, had a caring heart, a smile that went from ear to ear, and would do anything for the people she loved. Those who had the pleasure of knowing her, will miss her dearly.
Allison was born on November 12th, 1996 at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Allison and her family also lived in Virginia, California, and Arizona before returning home to the North Country where she graduated from Harrisville Central School in 2015.
She is survived by her father, Thomas M. Todd (Emily Best) of Raymondville; her mother, Jodi Darabon (Jack Gala) of Lakeland, Florida; as well as sister, Erika Ritter of Syracuse; her maternal grandmother, Judy Plonka of Colton; her paternal grandfather, Thomas H. (Linda) Todd of Knapps Station; and an extended family of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Allison was predeceased by her maternal grandfather, Alton “Pete” Darabon and her paternal grandmother, Norma (Frank) Bregg.
Services are under the care and guidance of the Donaldson Funeral Home, Massena, where her family will honor and celebrate her life privately. It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to our “Big Al”, you will be forever in our hearts.
In lieu of flowers, please make any donations to the Norfolk Rescue Squad.
