OGDENSBURG — Albert E. Johnston (AJ), 54, passed away on April 28 surrounded by his family , at McKinley Care Center in Sacramento, CA.

Albert was born June 2, 1967 in Ogdensburg, the son of the late Doran and Doris Johnston.

Albert leaves behind a wife, Rose and his sons, Zach and Jared, Roseville, CA.

Survivors include a brother, Elton Johnston (Michele), sisters Joyce Kench (Mike), Lillian Hamilton (Larry), all of Ogdensburg and several nieces and nephews.

Albert graduated from Heuvelton Central School and received a bachelors degree from SUNY Potsdam in 1989.

Albert was a network engineer for large corporations.

Albert travelled to Russia and many other places for his career.

Albert enjoyed life to the fullest and loved his dogs, TK and Sasha.

A celebration of life will be determined at a later date.
