OGDENSBURG — A Brooklyn woman was charged Sunday with a felony following a contraband complaint at the Riverview Correctional Facility, according to state police.
Qawaisia S. Kelley, 28, was charged at 9:55 a.m. with first-degree introducing dangerous contraband to prison, felony, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, officers said.
She was ordered held.
