STOCKHOLM – A Winthrop man was arrested for unlawfully manufacturing methamphetamine third degree, a felony, at about 4:30 p.m. Monday.
St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies arrested Kyle S. Marshall, 33, in connection with an incident that took place March 24 in Stockholm. Marshall possessed several components and lab equipment used in the manufacturing of methamphetamine, deputies said.
Marshall was arraigned by Judge Michael Morgan of the Town of Canton court and released. He is due in Stockholm court on May 5 for further court proceedings.
The sheriff’s office was assisted by state police CCSERT, Homeland Security Investigations and the St. Lawrence County Drug Task Force (SLCDTF).
