STOCKHOLM — A Winthrop man faces several charges, including a felony, stemming from a burglary investigation, according to state police.
Justin M. French, 32, was charged with first-degree making a false sworn statement, felony, four counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and falsely reporting an incident that did not occur, officers said.
He was also charged wth petit larceny and second-degree criminal contempt, police said.
His arrest status was not made public.
