Local earthquakes

POTSDAM: "Local Earthquakes: Western Quebec Seismic Zone," Thursday seismology workshop, 3 p.m., Stowell Hall Room 131; hands-on activities dealing with the use of real seismic equipment and seismograms of local and distant earthquakes; class size is limited to 10 people, so participants are urged to arrive early, parking is also available in Lot 6.

Scavenger hunt
