DEKALB -- A Richville man was charged with a felony Friday evening following a weapon investigation, according to state police.
Joshua W. Newcombe, 35, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon: Assault rifle at 5:32 p.m., officers said.
He was released on his own recognizance, officers said.
