STAR LAKE – Potable water is available for Star Lake residents at the fire department, 4178 State Rt. 3, as a the search for leaks in the water supply in Star Lake continues.
A drop in water pressure prompted the Town of Fine to declare a water emergency and issue a “boil-water” alert for consumers in the Star Lake Water District.
One leak has reportedly been found, and workers are looking for others.
The “boil water” advisory is still in effect.
