Virtual shooting program available at Norfolk Rod and Gun Club

NORFOLK – A virtual shooting program is the newest offering at the Norfolk Rod and Gun Club.

The virtual computer program projects targets on a screen and uses prop firearms for a more realistic tool, without the use of live ammunition.

Cost is $5 per session for virtual shooting.

“The Norfolk Pistol Club purchased a virtual shooting program as a safety training tool that provides a way to educate and train without the use of live fire, all while having tons of fun,” said Club President Jason Coller.

An online calendar lists dates for their virtual shooting program and other club offerings, including archery, sporting clays, and summer trap.

“Check out the club’s Facebook Page and posted calendar of events for dates to stop out and try the virtual shooting system,” said Coller.
