MASSENA — The Village of Massena will not collect garbage and recyclables on Monday, May 29 in observance of Memorial Day.
The area normally collected on Monday will be picked up on Tuesday, May 30.
The area normally collected on Tuesday will be picked up Wednesday, May 31.
