LAWRENCE — A utility worker was injured after falling from a cellular tower while doing work on the structure.

St. Lawrence County sheriff deputies say they responded to the incident at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 12 on Ferris Road in Lawrence.

They arrived to find that a Skyline 360 employee fell “a substantial distance” while working on the cell tower, deputies said.

Tri-Town Rescue took the injured person to Canton-Potsdam Hospital.

Deputies say OSHA has been notified, and they are working together “to confirm findings.”
